An Early Thanksgiving

I'll be honest, this isn't the "happiest" of holidays for our family-but we still have a lot to be thankful for.

We may not have a home-but we have shelter.

We may not always have the food we want in the fridge-but there's still food.

My husband may not have the idea job-but he's blessed to have one.

We may have lost a lot of relationships through this ordeal-but we've gained an entire new group of people from all over that have love on us and invested in us.

We may still be in hardships-but we serve a great God.

So matter how hard these holidays may seem-focus on the good-even the small stuff.

Psalm 95:1-6 – O Come, let us sing for joy to the LORD; Let us shout joyfully to the rock of our salvation. Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms. For the LORD is a great God, And a great King above all gods, In whose hand are the depths of the earth; The peaks of the mountains are His also. The sea is His, for it was He who made it; And His hands formed the dry land. Come, let us worship and bow down; Let us kneel before the LORD our Maker.

XOXO,
Mama Bear
