Max at Night and a Giveaway!

You can imagine, in a house filled with 4 kids, that we are pretty big on children's books. I mean, our bookshelves are slammed full-but I still don't feel like we could ever have too many. I can't help but want to bring them all home each time I go to the book store!

That being said, Ed Vere's Max at Night is no exception. Our kids just loved looking through all of the bright and bold pictures, and seriously-how could you not fall in love with those big ol' cat eyes??? The story is simple, but our kids ages 7, 5, 3, 1 all enjoyed being introduced to this new friend!

The story of Max at Night, is about a little kitten named Max, who is down right determined to tell the moon goodnight. He travels all night to try and find the highest point in order for the moon to hear him.

Do you think that he is able to talk to the moon? What do you think the moon would say to Max?

Well, I am not gonna tell your the answer! BUT, I will however give you an opportunity to win an original sketch by the author and illustrator of Max at Night, Ed Vere!

Don't forget to download an activity kit to go along with the book, HERE. To find find more of Vere's work, check him out here:
